Michaela Hibbard is a freelance cellist in the Cincinnati area. She has been teaching private lessons at Immanuel since the school’s inception in 2011. Additionally, she is the director of the Lower School Instrumental program at the Seven Hills School. In addition to keeping a busy teaching schedule, Michaela enjoys a diverse performance schedule with area orchestras and small ensembles of all genres. These performances include Springfield Symphony, Dayton Philharmonic, Richmond Symphony (IN), Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Michael Buble, Disturbed, Josh Groban, and the Warren Hayes Band. Michaela received a Bachelor of Music degree from DePaul University with Stephen Baldserton and a Master of Music degree from the College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati with Lee Fiser.
