Rachel Sedmak
Piano Faculty
Rachel Sedmak received her Bachelor’s of Music degree in Music Therapy from the University of Dayton, where she studied piano and voice. She has been a board certified music therapist since 2005. She received her certificate from Florida State University in affiliation with Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare as a NICU music therapist in 2020. She has had experience working as a music therapist with both children and older adults, and as a private lesson piano and voice teacher for all ages. After taking time off to be a full time parent, Rachel started her own company, Melodies to Grow On, to provide music enrichment classes for young children. Rachel is active as a choir member, soloist, and instrumentalist in the music ministry at St. Andrew's Church in Ft. Thomas. When not singing and playing piano or guitar, she enjoys spending time with family outdoors, baking, and reading.
