Tim Kennedy has been teaching private lessons for 49 years and he has taught middle and high school bands for 37 years and college for 8.
He holds a Bachelor's of Music Education and a Masters in Conducting both from Morehead State University in Morehead, Kentucky.
He has performed onstage with The Temptations, Dolly Parton, Diana Ross, Barry Manilow, Kool and the Gang, The Gentlemen 5, The Kentucky Symphony Orchestra, and the Seven Hills Symphony. In addition to guest performances in Greater Cincinnati, he plays regularly with the ISM Brass Choir and Orchestra, The Swingtime Big Band, The Polished Brass Quintet, Howard Bloemker Orchestra, and his own Jazz combo Gentlemen Jazz.
