Immanuel School of Music 2551 Dixie Highway, Lakeside Park, KY 41017 (*Please include the student’s name in the check memo.)
OR
Drop cash/check in person at the ISM Office Dropbox (3rd floor) *Please include the student’s name on the check or envelope.
