    OPTION 2) Online Registration + Cash or Check Payment: Complete the following forms & click “SUBMIT ONLY”

  • SUMMER registration: Opens March 1

    FALL registration: Opens July 1

    SPRING registration: Opens November 1

  • Mail checks made payable to ISM:

    Immanuel School of Music 2551 Dixie Highway, Lakeside Park, KY 41017 (*Please include the student’s name in the check memo.)

    OR

    Drop cash/check in person at the ISM Office Dropbox (3rd floor) *Please include the student’s name on the check or envelope.
